Oat + Honey Hat (Knit Pattern)

Design

This hat utilizes the cable pattern from my Oat + Honey
Blanket. Featuring intertwining cables with a
hint of simple lace tucked inside. Knit in the round from
the bottom up. Worked in DK weight yarn, lending a
finer gauge fabric that still knits up quickly. Hat is written
in ONE SIZE to fit an average-sized adult head, between
18”/46 cm and 24”/61 cm. (See finished measurements
below.) The hat is charted, and separate written instructions
are included. All repeats appear in bold text.

Needles
For CO and brim: US 3 (3.25 mm) 16”/41 cm Circular
Needle or shorter, for working in the round, or a needle 4
sizes down from the needle size you make gauge with
For Hat: US 4 (3.5 mm) 16”/41 cm Circular Needle or
shorter and a set of DPN’s for working in the round and
decreasing crown
