Design
Snow Fern features cables that slowly taper outwards and inwards, creating fern-like shapes. The edging is knit in garter stitch, allowing the unique cable pattern to take center stage. This shawl works up fast using Bulky weight yarn. The entire shawl is charted and separate written instructions are also included. Written in one size but the 20-st repeat can be extended, for a larger shawl. See finished measurements below. This beautiful stitch was also used in my Snow Fern Hat, published last year.
