I’m so excited to share my newest “Creation” with all of you! The Hubbs and I have been working on putting together all of the patterns from one of my most popular e-Books and compiling them into a Book format. As a self professed Type-A AND creative person, I often butted heads with my poor, patient, dear husband. He looks at things from a very straight forward and technical standpoint.Β Which is the only reason this book was even possible. And I love him for it!

The book is just gorgeous! Full of bright, full page photos and nice, large print formatted patterns. The book is perfect for easy-to-follow knitting and the softback will allow you to open up to your pattern and lay it down without it slamming shut on you.

It was truly a labor of love and I want to share it with all of you awesome knitters. The book is available now on Amazon. But I’m giving away a copy to THREEΒ fortunate knitters.

All you need to do to enter is leave a comment here on this post. Let me know how you’ll use your copy. Gift to a friend, teach someone to knit, knit up some hats and gloves for charity or for the holiday season???

As usual, sharing the Giveaway on your social media pages also gets you extra entries.

The Giveaway is open to EVERYONE, no matter where in the world you live, and it will run until next Monday, July 13th, 2015. So be sure to check back here for the winner announcement or subscribe to my Blog for instant notification.

My favorite fibers are the ones that you love when you begin a project and by the time you are finished, you fall even more in love with them as they are shaped into true works of art.

Congrats on your new book and thanks for the giveaway! I would keep the book for myself, and use it to knit these beautiful garments for my family and friends. Here in Brazil the holiday season is on summer (very hot summer!), so my knitted gifts are usually given in July, as early ou late birthday gifts. I’m knitting winter projects right now, and I hope to knit more for the next year.
    Success for you!

  • I would share the book with my sister she likes to knit hats and mitts for charity. Congratulations on your new book.

  • Congrats on the book birthday! I’d definitely make gifts for my family and friends.

  • I knit a lot of hats for Charity so I would actually pick at least two of the hat patterns to change it up a bit and give some more variety to the hats I make. Thank you for the awesome chance to win this book!!

What a gorgeous book. I would gift it to my step mum she loves real paperpape books and this is a work of art. she can no longer knit because its to painful for her arthritic hands so its left to me to knit for her now so we will both get great enjoyment out of it

  • JoannaB says:

I am knee-deep in knitting baby sweaters right now as it seems everyone I know is having a baby this year! That said, it will be holiday time soon, so I’ll be knitting for the new mommies out there, too! Your book looks AMAZING so if I win a copy (pick me, pick me!), I will be knitting gifts and sharing the knit-love! And then, yes, the book will become part of my collection so that eventually, after all the babies and mommies are warmly wrapped, I might consider knitting something warm for myself! Congratulations on the book, Kalurah!

  • Miriam Olsen says:

I will be making hats for Christmas!

  • Laura C. says:

Congratulations on the new book! Looks like a beautiful, interesting book with many great patterns. I would use the book to enjoy knitting through the sultry, hot days of August and beyond. I participate in a mitten tree at my church that donates winter hats, scarves, etc. to people in need, and I try to knit beautiful items, something that you would give as a gift to a dear friend, so I would use the book to knit for dear friends I know, and those who I may never meet. August is when I like to knit smaller things, so I would start with hats or something small… Nice to think about, and congratulations again!

  • ariesknitwit says:

CONGRATULATIONS! How exciting to move from epublishing to paper publishing! If I were to win this book I think I’d be thoroughly selfish and keep it all for myself, kntting a hat here, some mitts there, and so on. Hope this publishing lark is a huge success for you!

  • Natasha says:

Congratulations on your new book! These are perfect patterns for gifting! The difficult part will be choosing which ones to knit first! πŸ™‚

  • Tania says:

The book looks amazing and I love holding books! I’ll probably knit some things and give it to one of my friends @ LYS.
    Thank you

  • Jean says:

Thank you for this offer. My daughter and I generally share our knitting books, yarns, whatever we have that the other needs. Your suggestion about teaching someone to knit made me think. A friend recently asked if I can teach someone–she is interested. So I have to sit down and figure out how I would do that. I am basically self-taught, using my mother’s leftovers and needles and the Coats and Clarks little book on learning to knit. I think it was my entertainment being sort of an only child, my brothers were much older than me.

  • laineyhf says:

I don’t think my first comment posted – if I see it, I’ll see if I can delete it – sorry! I’d keep this lovely book and use it to get started on some holiday knitting – I’m a slow knitter, so I can’t start too early!

    • laineyhf says:

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to leave two posts – things didn’t seem to be posting earlier. Could you please delete this one – thanks!

  • laineyhf says:

This book looks lovely! I’d use it to get started on some holiday knitting – can’t start too early!

Love the idea of a “real” book, technology is great but the “feel” of a book along with yarn is just heavenly! The book looks beautiful and the projects lovely!

  • Susie says:

It looks wonderful! I would use it for charity and gift projects.

  • Christine says:

What a beautiful book! I would love a copy and I would probably knit these projects as gifts.

  • christine jacob says:

Old Fashioned, this idea of books. So many use technology to read . There is nothing more beautiful than a book with beautiful knitting patterns. I love to keep my family warm and would love to use your patterns to do so. Congratulations!.
    Knitting happily!

  • Im totally a new knitter, so I would take all the gorgeous patterns and teach myself to knit! Lol
I’ve got the dishcloths down, now working on my first hat on circulars. ^^

  • Oh gosh. I’m a brandy new knitter myself, so if I won, I’d probably be using this gorgeous book to teach myself how to knit. Lol
My first dishcloth was a success! Now I’m working on my first hat on circular needles. ^^

  • It looks fantastic. πŸ™‚ Since I’m a pure hoarder and want pretty things just to HAVE them, I’ll probably (likely, definitely) keep the book for myself. It will look wonderful on my craft shelf πŸ˜€ I will definitely knit lots of Christmas presents from it though, so the hoarding is not as selfish as it may sound …

  • Amy says:
